Rhubarb Strawberry Jam

5 C Rhubarb cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 pint of Strawberries
2 1/4 C sugar
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Combine all ingredients in a 5 qt pan and heat to a steady boil at medium heat.
Cook until thickened.
