Ranch Dressing Mix

15 saltine crackers

2 C dry minced parsley flakes

½ C dry minced onion

2 Tbsp dry dill weed

¼ C onion salt

¼ C garlic salt

¼ C onion powder

¼ C garlic powder


Put crackers in blender or food processor until powdered.  Add parsley, minced onion and dill weed and blend again.  Stir in remaining ingredients and store in a container with a tight fitting lid.  Store at room temperature for up to a year.


Salad Dressing:

1-2 Tbsp Mix

1 C mayonnaise

1 C buttermilk

Mix together and serve.  If you allow dressing to sit for 20 minutes it will thicken some.  If you desire thicker dressing increase mayo and decrease buttermilk.


Vegetable dip

1-2 Tbsp Mix

1½ C sour cream

½ C Mayonnaise

Mix together and serve
