Pudding Cheesecake Desert

First Layer:  combine and press into a 9X 13 pan.

           1½ flour                   3/4 C melted butter                  3/4 C chopped pecans

Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.  Cool.


2nd Layer:

           8 oz cream cheese       1 C powdered sugar         1 C Cool Whip      

Beat cream cheese until creamy, add sugar and cool whip, stir well.  Spread on first layer.


3rd Layer:

2 (3.5oz) pkgs instant pudding (any flavor)

3 C milk 1 tsp vanilla

Beat until thick, spread on top of 2nd layer.


4th Layer:

Spread with the remainder of a large container of Cool Whip.  Sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired.
