1 - 6oz can tomato paste with Juice from 2 cans of Mushrooms
1 pint tomato sauce
1 tsp Dried parsley
3/4 tsp oregano
3/4 tsp basil
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried onion
2 bay leaves
Mix all ingredients into a small sauce pan and bring to a boil. simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Makes enough sauce for 1 large pizza
Spread sauce onto large pizza crust. 1 - 1½ lb shredded mozzarella and all toppings you like.
Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is lightly browned and the cheese is bubbly.
