Mexican Wedding Cakes

1 C butter (not margarine)       

1/2 C powdered sugar

2½ C sifted flour        

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla

3/4 C finely chopped nuts

 

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

Add flour, salt, vanilla and nuts.

Form into 3/4 inch balls.

Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes

While hot; roll in powdered sugar

Cool and roll again in powdered sugar.
