3 ripe Hass Avocados

½ Onion
½ lime squeezed
2 Tbsp Southwest Chipotle Seasoning
1 clove garlic
Small bunch cilantro
1 roma tomato

Chop the onion, garlic and cilantro in the Quick Chef Pro.  Scoop the avocado from its shell and add the meat, lime juice and chipotle seasoning.  Process until smooth. Cut tomato in quarters and process just until chopped.  Serve with tortilla chips.
