Fantasy Fudge

3 C sugar

3/4 C butter

2/3 C evaporated milk

1 12oz pkg (2 C) Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

1 7oz jar marshmallow cream

1 C chopped nuts, optional

1 Tbsp vanilla


Combine sugar, butter, and milk in a heavy saucepan; bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.  Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring.  Remove from heat, stir in chocolate until melted.  Add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla, beat until blended.  Pour into buttered 9x13 pan.  Cool.
