Cream Cheese Cookie Dough
8 oz cream cheese
3/4 C butter
1 C powdered Sugar
2 1/4 C flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
Beat Cream Cheese, butter and sugar in a large bowl until well blended. Add flour and soda, mix well.
Add 1/4 tsp to dough. Divide dough in half and tint one half red. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
Roll into ropes and twist together to look like candy canes.
Bake at 325º for 12 - 15 minutes on un-greased cookie sheets until bottoms are barely browned.
Add 1/2 tsp vanilla to dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
For each snowman roll into 2 balls, one slightly larger than the other. Place balls slightly overlapping on an un-greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with the bottom of a glass.
Bake at 325º for 18 - 20 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Decorate with icing as desired. Cut miniature peanut butter cups in half for hats.
