8 oz cream cheese
1/2 C butter
1/4 C parmesan cheese
1 C milk
½ - 1 tsp garlic salt
Slowly melt all ingredients in a large sauce pan over low heat.
DO NOT BOIL.
If mixture is too thick add a small amount of water until desired thickness is achieved.
Serve over fresh fettuccini noodles with your choice of meat and vegetables
( I like chicken or shrimp and broccoli)
